This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Multi Digital Services International Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and its Affiliates (collectively, “Multli”) collects, uses, shares, and protects user information which is obtained in connection with use of the Multi platform and/or through The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “ours” refer to Multi. 2.1 Information You Provide Upon Registration

When you create a Multi Account, you provide certain information, including:

3. A password to access your Multi Account.

You also have the option of providing a phone number and/or Google Authenticator account, which Multi may use in effecting two-factor-authentication (“2FA”) to increase the security of your account and verification of your identity in account usage.

2.2 Information Multi Collects in Authenticating User Identity

In complying with global industry regulatory standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”), and Counter Terrorist Financing (“CTF”), Multi requires that user accounts undergo user identity authentication. This applies to individual accounts as well as corporate accounts. Compliance with regulatory standards entail collecting formal identification information.

2.3 Information Multi Collects During Service Usage

Through your use of the Multi platform, Multi monitors and collects certain tracking information related to service usafe including but not limited to access date and time, device identification, operating system, browser type, and IP address. This information may be obtained directly by Multi or through third-party services. This service usage data is used to help ensure that the Multi platform is fully accessible to users, and is also assistive in criminal investigation and prevention.

3. Why Multi Collects This Information

3.1 Providing and Maintaining Multi Services

Multi uses the information collected to deliver services and verify user identity. Multi uses the IP address and unique identifiers stored in your device’s cookies to help authenticate your identity and continue to effectively provide Services. Multi cannot provide you with services through its platform without certain data including identification information, contact information, and transaction-related information.

3.2 User Protection

Multi uses the information collected to protect the platform, users’ accounts, and service archives. Multi uses IP addresses and cookie data to protect against automated abuse including spam, phishing, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDos) attacks. Multli analyses trading activity in order to achieve early detection of suspicious behavior and to prevent potential fraud and loss of user funds due to bad actors.

3.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Multi’s approach to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to governmental requests and user-generated inquiries, is informed first and foremost by respect for the privacy and security of data you store with Multi.

3.4 Measuring Platform Performance

Multi actively measures and analyses data in order to understand how its services are used. This review activity is conducted by Multi’s operations team to continually improve the platform’s performance and to resolve issues as they may arise with user experience. Multi continuously monitors system activity information and communications with users to detect and quickly resolve any issues.

3.5 Communication with Users

Multi uses personal information it collected, including but not limited to email address, to interact with users directly when providing customer support, and also to keep users informed of log-ins, transactions, and account security. Processing personal information for confirming each communication is necessary to respond to submitted user requests, questions, and inquiries. All direct communications between Multi and users are kept confidential and are only reviewed internally for accuracy.

3.6 Enforcement of Terms

It is very important for the Multi platform and for Multi users that Multi continually reviews, investigates, and works to prevent any potentially prohibited, illegal, or otherwise illicit activities that violate Multi’s Terms of Service. For the benefit of all users, Multi carefully enforces agreements with third parties and actively investigates any violations of our posted Terms. Multi reserves the right to terminate the provision of or access to services to any user who engages in activities that are violative of our Terms of Service.

4. How Multi Protects User Data

Multi has implemented numerous security measures to ensure that user information is not lost, abused, altered, or otherwise compromised. Our data security measures include, but are not limited to: PCI Scanning, Secured Sockets Layered encryption technology, pseudonymisation, internal data access restrictions, and strict physical access controls to buildings & files. Please note that it is impossible to guarantee 100% secure transmission of data over the Internet or 100% secure electronic storage. As such, Multi requests and appreciates that users understand their responsibility to independently take proactive precautions to protect the confidentiality and security of their own personal information.
